朱磊,女,1982年生人,2015年在哈爾濱工業大學獲得工學博士學位,師從吳群教授。2014年至今,任齊齊哈爾大學通信與電子工程學院副教授。兼任通信學會會員,多個國際權威學術期刊審稿專家。多年來在微波電磁學、微波光子學領域,以無線通信中的關鍵技術為研究背景,在超常媒質電磁激發機理、構造方法以及超常媒質在無線射頻通信技術中的應用等前沿方向上取得了一系列創新性研究成果。開創了以超常媒質為基礎的低損耗微波射頻器件設計新方向,攻克了超常媒質的損耗和帶寬等關鍵問題,極大促進了超常媒質無線射頻技術領域的發展。目前在《Optics Express》、《IEEE Transactions on Magnetics》、《Journal of Physics D-Applied Physics》、《IEEE Transactions on Terahertz Science and Technology》以及《Applied Optics》等國內外知名學術刊物上發表論文40余篇,其中SCI 檢索論文30余篇,被引總計100余次。發表論文被Scientific Reports、Optics express、IEEE Trans. on Microwave Theory and Techniques、Optical Materials Express、Journal of Applied Physics和IEEE Sensors Journal等多個國際著名SCI期刊引用并得到卓越的評價。
